What does a journey cost?+
The two example trips start from $9,000 and $14,000 per person. Prices cover arrangements on the ground. Flights are quoted separately, and nothing is charged until terms are signed.
How far ahead should we start?+
As early as you can. Most trips are planned three to nine months ahead, and we settle the entry route before planning any of the days.
Do you handle the visa?+
We confirm your entry route, documents and timing before the trip is planned. The Entry and Routing Plan sets it out in writing and is yours to keep, whether or not we plan the trip.
Can you help with travel for medical treatment?+
We arrange the trip around treatment you and your doctors have already chosen. We give no medical advice. See the medical travel page.
Do you work with travel advisors?+
Yes, a small number. Clients introduced by an advisor are never added to our own mailing list. See the advisor page.
