Some clients arrive knowing their cholesterol numbers by heart. This tier is for them. The VIP keeps the full imaging suite of the Comprehensive — echocardiogram, brain MRI, low-dose chest CT — and goes deeper where it matters most after 45: the blood. It adds lipoprotein(a), the inherited cardiovascular risk factor most standard panels never measure, plus apolipoproteins, a five-item thyroid panel and an immune function workup.
What's included
- Everything in the Comprehensive tier's examinations and imaging, plus a slit-lamp eye examination
- Lipoprotein(a): the genetic cardiovascular risk marker — you only need to measure it once in a lifetime, and most people never have
- Apolipoprotein panel and full lipids: a more precise read on cardiovascular risk than cholesterol alone
- Thyroid-5: the extended thyroid panel that catches what the standard three-item test misses
- HbA1c, adiponectin, high-sensitivity CRP, homocysteine and immune function testing
- Carbon-13 breath test for H. pylori — the radiation-free version, preferred over carbon-14 by women planning pregnancy and the cautious
- For women: HPV-28 genotyping, TCT, and transvaginal ultrasound available for married women
- AI retinal photography, arteriosclerosis testing, bone density, coronary calcium score, TCM assessment, breakfast and digital report
Who this package is for
| Dimension | Who this package fits |
|---|---|
| Age | Roughly 45 to 65 — established adults with established risk factors, or the discipline to stay ahead of them. |
| Health profile | Known hypertension, cholesterol or thyroid issues under management; a parent or sibling with early heart disease (lipoprotein(a) is inherited); anyone whose doctor said ‘your numbers are fine’ and who wants finer numbers. |
| Life situation | Executives who screen annually and want each year to go deeper; women planning pregnancy who need the radiation-free breath test; data-driven people who will actually read all 60+ results. |
| The logic | This tier is about resolution, not reassurance. It gives your doctor at home — or a specialist here — a panel detailed enough to act on, not just file. |
Who should choose a different tier
- Under 40 without risk factors: the Essential or Comprehensive tier will tell you everything you can use.
- Main worry is cancer, especially stomach, colon or breast: the SVIP tier's capsule gastroscopy, DNA colorectal test and breast volume ultrasound matter more than a deeper lipid panel.
- Just want the heart-and-brain basics: the Cardio & Brain tier covers them for considerably less.
The morning
Fasting arrival between 8:00 and 10:30. This is the fullest morning short of the SVIP — allow a solid four hours. Breakfast is on site after the fasting stations, and the afternoon stays free.
An honest note
More data is only better if someone helps you read it. We walk every VIP client through the report in English, flag what deserves follow-up, and say plainly what can be ignored — which, in a panel this size, is most of it.
