Terms

These terms govern the design and arrangement of private travel by One Sixteen East (“we”, “us”). A journey is confirmed only when signed terms are in place; no charge is made before that point. Prices are quoted per person for land arrangements only; international flights are quoted separately. Itineraries are designed around your instructions and may be adjusted for access, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We act as arranger and coordinator of third-party services such as carriers, hotels, guides and venues, and the terms of those providers apply to the services they deliver. Cancellation, revision and refund conditions are set out in the signed terms for each journey. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to One Sixteen East.
