If we had to name one package for the typical client — late thirties to mid fifties, a bit heavier than at thirty, a family history that includes diabetes or liver trouble — this is it. The Comprehensive tier adds the metabolic depth the modern lifestyle demands: HbA1c for your three-month blood sugar average, adiponectin for early insulin resistance, and a digital liver ultrasound that quantifies fatty liver instead of guessing at it.
What's included
- The full physical examination set, 12-lead ECG, and the complete ultrasound suite including echocardiogram
- Brain MRI and low-dose chest CT, with digital cloud copies of your CT and ultrasound images — yours to keep and share with any doctor, anywhere
- Metabolic panel: HbA1c, fasting glucose and adiponectin — the trio that catches pre-diabetes years before it has a name
- Digital liver ultrasound plus abnormal prothrombin (PIVKA-II), a marker used in liver cancer surveillance
- Cancer screening: 13 tumor markers (men) or 11 (women), EB virus antibody, quantitative stool occult blood
- For women: TCT cervical screening and HPV-28 genotyping — 28 high- and low-risk types, far broader than standard two-type tests
- Kidney function with early kidney injury panel, liver function (11 items), lipids, thyroid, carbon-14 breath test, coronary calcium score, TCM assessment, breakfast and digital report
Who this package is for
| Dimension | Who this package fits |
|---|---|
| Age | Roughly 35 to 55 — the metabolic years, when diet, weight and stress start writing themselves into blood results. |
| Health profile | Overweight or carrying weight around the middle; family history of type 2 diabetes or fatty liver; regular drinkers; anyone whose last blood test mentioned ‘borderline’ anything. |
| Life situation | Women who want the broad HPV-28 screen without going to the top tier; people who want their imaging files in the cloud for doctors back home; the ‘just check everything properly once’ traveler. |
| The logic | Pre-diabetes and fatty liver are the two most common findings in this age group — and the two most reversible. This tier is built to catch both while catching them still matters. |
Who should choose a different tier
- Under 35 and lean with clean family history: the Essential tier is enough.
- Heart or stroke as the main worry: the Cardio & Brain tier is $150 cheaper and adds homocysteine and hs-CRP.
- Family history of stomach, colorectal or breast cancer: the SVIP tier's capsule gastroscopy and DNA screening are worth the step up.
The morning
Fasting arrival between 8:00 and 10:30. The liver ultrasound and blood work happen before breakfast; the MRI and remaining stations after. Allow three to four hours, then the day is yours.
An honest note
A fatty liver reading or a raised HbA1c on holiday is not bad news — it is the best-timed news there is, arriving years before symptoms would. Most findings at this tier respond to changes you can actually make.
